Learn how to add users to your merchant dashboard and manage their roles. For details about available roles, see User roles.

Add users

To add a new user:

In your merchant dashboard, go to the Team tab.

Click Add users.

Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add, separated by commas. Then, choose the role you want to assign to these users.

Click Add.

Change a user’s role

To change the role of an existing user:
Users with the Owner role can’t update the roles of other users with the Owner role. Owners also can’t assign the Owner role to another user.To assign or remove the Owner role, contact our Support team.

In your merchant dashboard, go to the Team tab.

Find the user you want to edit, then click the edit icon in the row for that user.

Select a new role for the user, then click Save.
