You can send funds from your balance to your own crypto address or to a customer’s address. This guide covers creating a withdrawal via the merchant dashboard; for the API method, see /v2/withdrawal/crypto.

In your merchant dashboard, go to the Balances tab and select a cryptocurrency.

Click Send in the panel that opens.

Specify the recipient's address.

Alternatively, click the address-book icon next to the address field to select a saved contact instead of entering the address manually. See Contacts for more details.

Enter the amount and click Send.

Optionally, add a note for this withdrawal.

Enter your 2FA code and click Confirm.
